Pricing, Payment & Shipping Fees

All prices displayed on the Store include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Orders, Processing & Shipping

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed and an order confirmation has been issued by the Store.

We work with authorized shipping companies to deliver orders throughout Saudi Arabia.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The Store is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Some heavy or oversized products may require special unloading arrangements. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for ensuring a suitable delivery location.


Warranty, Quality & Manufacturing Defects

Almazalla Industrial Co. Ltd. supplies high-quality products sourced from authorized manufacturers and distributors.
Products are covered by either the manufacturer's warranty or the Store warranty, depending on the product. The warranty period is clearly stated on each product page.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
  • Misuse.
  • Operation contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Improper installation.
  • Accidents or natural disasters.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Failure to perform the recommended maintenance.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of industrial equipment and machinery, returns or exchanges are not accepted after the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
